Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from
DecorIn. If you're not satisfied, our return and exchange policy ensures a
straightforward process. Please read the following carefully:

 1. 14-Day Return Policy

You have **14 days from the date of
purchase** to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we unfortunately
cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law.

 

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

- The item must be **unused**,
**uninstalled**, and in the **same condition** you received it.

- It must be returned in its **original
packaging** (if applicable).

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order
confirmation) must be provided.

 

3. Return Shipping

- **Return shipping costs are the
customer’s responsibility.**

- We recommend using a trackable shipping
method as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

 

4. Refunds

- Refunds will be processed upon inspection
and approval of the returned item.

- The refund will be issued to the original
payment method.

- **Original shipping fees are
non-refundable.**

- A **10% restocking fee** will be deducted
from the refund amount.

 

5. Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the
expected delivery window, you must notify us within **10 days of dispatch** to
initiate an investigation. Failure to do so may void your refund or replacement
eligibility.

 

6. Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

- If already dispatched, it must go through
the return process once delivered.
