We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, Shop
Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

Orders must be fully paid before processing. Unpaid orders will
not be confirmed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across New Zealand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may
vary due to courier delays.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is
dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange
policy for change-of-mind purchases. To qualify:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in
resalable condition.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

A 10% restocking fee applies.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For damaged or defective items, please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or refund
under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

If the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned via
the standard return process.

Cancellation requests submitted outside business hours will be
processed the next working day.
